As Signet Screening continues to grow as a company, Lyn Prince joins our team as Client Support Manager to focus on the company’s high-quality customer service standards.

Originally from upstate New York, Lyn moved to Cincinnati 13 years ago from Knoxville, Tennessee. Before transitioning to the customer service sphere, she worked for the Berry Company in Rochester, New York as an administrative assistant and event coordinator. She then took a break after the birth of her first child and returned into the work world in 2017 as a substitute teacher.

Lyn’s Role at Signet

Lyn will provide outstanding customer service by helping set up new clients, processing orders and providing vendor management, according to Signet Screening President Matt Messersmith.

She became interested in Signet from a friend currently employed with the company. “She loved her job, her co-workers and Signet’s top-notch customer service approach to the business.  That was exactly what I was looking for!” says Prince.

Lyn clearly stood out from other applicants. “We chose Lyn because of her experience, attention to detail, and her understanding of what exceptional customer service is and how to deliver it,” says Messersmith.

About Lyn

Outside of the office, Lyn is married and an active mom of three girls. She enjoys watching her girls’ sporting events, working out and attending concerts.

As she begins a new chapter at Signet Screening, Lyn is very excited to dive into the world of customer service. “I’m most excited about helping our customers and being able to deliver the same quality of service to our customers that Signet Screening is known for,” says Prince.
