As our company continues to grow, Traci Dominguez recently joined the Signet team as our Client Support Manager.
While this is Traci’s first jump into the world of pre-employment screening, she brings a wealth of management and customer service experience to her new role. Traci previously worked as the Corporate Fitness Manager at Athlete Instinct in Loveland, OH. She still works as a fitness instructor part time there.
In addition, Traci began her career as a teller and worked her way into a position as branch manager for Bank One/Chase Bank. She then took a step back from a 40-hour week to raise three boys. But even while being a busy mom, she always kept a foot in the door of the business world with various sales positions.
Her Role at Signet Screening
Traci will have her hands in all parts of the client experience, from setting up customer accounts to processing screening orders.
With our expanding company, we reached a point where we needed additional support. President Matt Messersmith said he wanted to “get in front of the eight ball” with a new hire.
“The reason why I thought she was such a good fit – she was completely onboard with our customer service,” says Matt. “She understands the way we care for customers and what differentiates us from our competition.”
About Traci
Traci is busy mom of three active boys. She is an Ohio native and a graduate of Xavier University. Her and her husband love to travel and see new places, and this summer she is taking the family to Iceland. Traci loves to stay active and also enjoys gardening and watching her boys play sports.
“I’ve really enjoyed my first few weeks at Signet. The position is very detailed-oriented which is a great fit for my work style,” says Traci. “I also really love working with our clients. I’m definitely looking forward to meeting more of our clients and building relationships with them.”
