How it works:
An email is sent to job candidates, who then input their references’ contact information into SkillSurvey. Each reference then receives a link to a job-specific survey that allows them to rate the candidate anonymously on behaviors relevant to four areas: professionalism, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and adaptability, and personal value commitment.
The responses are aggregated and sent back to the recruiter or hiring manager in a comprehensive report. References respond with candor and open comments due to the system’s confidentiality.
